These terms apply to hestlamarketing.com and services sold by Hestla Marketing.

Services

Each project is defined in a written proposal or scope of work. If the proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal controls.

Pricing, deposits and billing

• Published prices are starting points; your final price is in your proposal.
• A deposit (currently $2,500) reserves your build and is credited in full to your final price. Deposit terms are provided in your written proposal.
• Monthly care plans start at go-live and bill monthly until cancelled with written notice as stated in your proposal.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; your card statement may show the name of the company that processes payments for Hestla Marketing.

Your responsibilities

Provide timely access, content and approvals. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

Third-party tools

Builds may use third-party platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Stripe, Google). Their fees, uptime and terms are outside our control.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee specific leads, rankings, revenue or AI output accuracy.

Intellectual property

On full payment you own the custom content we create for you. We keep our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

California law; venue San Diego County.

SMS Program

Hestla Marketing (a DBA of Rothschild Venture Capital) sends text messages only if you opt in on our form. The program covers inquiry follow-up, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to cancel at any time, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18+ to opt in.
